Getting around
Downtown is walkable — unusual for Dubai. The Dubai Metro Red Line has two stations here (Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall and Financial Centre). Taxis and Careem run in under three minutes at any hour.

Our Downtown apartments are mostly in The Address Residences, Burj Vista, and Opera Grand — buildings with hotel-style services (gym, pool, concierge desk). Expect high-floor units with direct Burj Khalifa views in premium listings, and partial views on lower floors. Floor number matters here.

Is the fountain loud? Not really — the music fades by the time it reaches residential floors. Low-floor apartments closest to the Burj Lake hear the most.
Can I walk to Dubai Mall from all your Downtown apartments? Most are a 5–10 minute walk via an air-conditioned link bridge.
