The specific policy for your booking is shown at checkout and depends on the property and season. In general:
Standard policy
- 14+ days before check-in — 100% refund, minus a 2% payment-processing fee.
- 7–13 days before check-in — 50% refund.
- 0–6 days before check-in — non-refundable.
Peak / strict policy
For stays covering New Year's Eve, Eid, and certain villa-only bookings we run a stricter policy (50% refund up to 30 days out, non-refundable within 30 days). The applicable policy for your dates is shown at checkout.
Changes
One free date change is allowed up to 14 days before check-in, subject to availability at the same rate. Beyond that, changes are treated as a new booking.
Force majeure
We work with you on event-specific disruptions (flight cancellations, travel bans) — WhatsApp the concierge and we'll find the fairest outcome.
How to request a refund
Reply to your booking confirmation email or WhatsApp the concierge. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
