These are the baseline rules for every property operated by E L I T E VACATION HOMES L.L.C ("Elite Vacations") under DTCM Holiday Home Operator licence 931642. Individual homes may add more (no pets, no ground-floor access, etc.) — always read the listing.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out: by 12:00 noon.
- Early check-in or late check-out usually possible — ask the concierge 24 hours out.
Who can stay
- Only the guests named on the booking may stay overnight.
- Maximum occupancy is the number shown on the listing and is a DTCM-mandated limit.
- Daytime visitors are welcome, subject to the building's access rules.
What's not allowed
- No parties or events — weddings, corporate gatherings, and large social events must be explicitly arranged and often require a different property and pricing.
- No smoking indoors. Balconies and gardens only.
- No pets unless agreed in writing on booking.
- No commercial filming without prior approval.
Respect the property
- Report any damage immediately — we don't penalise honesty.
- Keep noise considerate between 10pm and 8am (many of our buildings enforce strict quiet hours).
- Don't remove or rearrange furniture.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit is pre-authorised on your payment method at check-in and released within 7 business days of check-out assuming no damages.
Violations
We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund for serious breaches (party despite warning, damage, illegal activity). Enforcement is at the discretion of the on-call concierge.
