Getting around
The Palm monorail runs the length of the trunk; for most guests, though, it's Careem or our included chauffeur service. Downtown Dubai is 25 minutes by car at off-peak hours.

What to expect
Palm villas come in two shapes: Signature Villas on the fronds (private beach, pool, garden, usually 4–6 bedrooms) and Shoreline apartments on the trunk (high-floor, ocean views, gym/pool building amenities). We manage both.
Peak season is November to March when temperatures drop into the twenties. Summer rates are roughly 30–40% lower and villas come with private pools — reasonable trade-off for the heat.
FAQs
Is the beach really private? Yes. Each Signature Villa has its own gated beach frontage; Shoreline apartments share a block beach.
How's the Wi-Fi? Every home on our roster runs on fibre at 300 Mbps+ symmetrical. Remote work is fine.
Can you arrange yachts from the Palm? Yes — we work with three charter partners directly from Nakheel Mall Marina. Half-day from AED 3,000.
